Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible partner JP at Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky father. People often recognize my username as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my journey - from the upwards to the downwards. In 1990 I moved to America together with my family, including my brothers and parents at the age of one and half. Without my parents' passion for dedication and hard work it is likely that I would not be with you sharing my journey. Being aware of the possibility to have a brighter future, I strived to make them proud and had a clear vision for the success. I believed that my life would go the same way as I graduated from university, be offered an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then get married and start an family. The lifestyle I had imagined for myself wasn't what it turned out to be. The year 2013 was the year I began dreading going to my corporate job because the pay and prestige didn't bring me happiness- I felt like I was wasting my life away in exchange for a salary but I knew that I was destined for something more. I was passionate about working out and I enjoyed having fun and helping people as I navigated towards my new career path. I discovered my passion for personal training. My business was founded in the year 2014. I am celebrating my 7th anniversary in this calendar year. Being an Asian woman in the industry, we are among the few. I strive to become a catalyst in the industry to provide quality coaching to empower people to live a more healthy and happier them by creating a sustainable lifestyle cater to the individual needs and desires. Also, I want others to be empowered to pursue their goals and achieve anything they desire in life. My career took off as I experienced the greatest successful times in my entire life. My mother passed away at the same time that my career began to take off. After battling for eight years with Scleroderma, she is now resting in Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and will always remember her in my mind and in my heart. Life really does have the ability to provide us with precisely what we require, even if we are unable to see the lesson at the time. Her passing has changed my life in many different ways. I believe her death gave me an opportunity to begin an entirely new chapter. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. It was her time to embark on a new journey, and I got another chance to live living a happy and fulfilling life. My 30's are the first moment that I feel as if that I'm alive. When I tell the story of my life, it is to ensure that other people will be able to understand my experiences and thoughts. To know that they're not on their own. It is also a sign of true love. Also that therapy is a necessity and it isn't unusual. Also, wellness is your greatest wealth. My prayer is to live your the life you want to live and have your final resting place is not a regret, since that's the only thing that we have to be confident about in this life.
