Alison Sudol
It was difficult to accept the feminine side of the field I was thinking of as very masculine. It's really hard to say, "Okay, I can be soft and feminine and sturdy and care for myself and not lessen myself." I've loved it somewhat. I've enjoyed having a dress and heels every day and having these beautiful curls and soft fabric. I'm an actress who is younger that everyone else Fantastic Beasts] and there was quite a bit of pressure going into it. However, during the auditions I was struck by the feeling that there was this huge force in front of me. The choice was whether I'd fall beneath the weight of it and fall since I was so desperate to do it. But I also had the option of stepping up and allow it to propel me to the next level. You could spend hours walking around visiting museums, coffee shops and parks. London is a place where there are people everywhere. In LA it can be solitary, but you're right there at the center of it all. I enjoy watching other people. Coming from the world of music, I'm always in contact by men. It's as if having a conversation with guys can be intimate. It's an amazing, surreal nightmarish. I've read through all of the books in the collection. The novels I've read while on tour were very impressive and enthralling. They're an amazing world to get lost within.
